Terms and Conditions for SMS Communications (10DLC Compliant)

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of SMS services provided by Law Office of Daniel Corno ("we," "us," or "our") through a 10-digit long code (10DLC) messaging service. By opting into, using, or receiving SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

These messages are regarding your case e.g reminders, cancellations updates, mediation updates, payment dues, notifications, or interview updates related to the services we provide.
Consent to Receive Messages: You understand and agree that, by opting in, you are consenting to receive automated text messages from us at the phone number you have provided.
Message Frequency: You acknowledge that you may receive a varying number of messages depending on the nature of the service, but you can expect periodic messages.
Opting Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS communications at any time by replying with the word "STOP" to any message you receive from us. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive messages, except for critical service-related information.
2. Message Content and Charges
Message Content: By opting in, you agree that the content of our SMS messages may vary. We may send you important updates regarding your case e.g reminders, cancellations updates, mediation updates, payment dues, notifications, or interview updates regarding our services.
Standard Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to all SMS messages you receive from us. You are responsible for any costs associated with your mobile carrier’s messaging and data fees.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information when subscribing to our SMS services.
Ensure that you have the legal right to use the mobile phone number you provide.
Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact information.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile phone number and any other information you provide through SMS interactions with us.
4. Data Collection and Use
